lizcastellanos Hello, you purchased a purse from me today, when I went to package it I never noticed that when I bought it the strap part on one end is glued shut. so you can’t take the strap off on one end. I’ve never taken the strap off so I didn’t know until now. It is not noticeable at all but please let me know if you want to cancel the order or not, I am more than happy to and to take another offer if interested still.
