@dbhshannah the vendor sent me sizing. Small 2/4 Medium is 6/8 large is 10/12. Does that help?

@arnb84 ok on the large laying flat the chest is 20 1/2 Length is 33 1/2 waist is 20 and I measured where the cinched part is for the waist because after that point it is skirted out with pretty pleats.
The small chest is 18 1/2 length is 32 and waist is 17 which is also at the cinched part. Let me know if you have any questions.
