shopbellaboho @goodysgoodies Hi Amanda! Per your request the bust laying flat from armpit to armpit is 17” and the waist which in this case the thinner part is right below the chest is 15”. shopbellaboho @deals4dani Hi! Yes, the straps are adjustable. I just took measurements laying flat of the small and armpit to armpit is 17". On the second photo I am wearing a size Small, I am 5.1" and bust 34D.
