bella_row @beachbummm1965 if you’re planning on wearing as a dress I would say med to be on the safe side, there isn’t much difference between sizes but for me personally, I’d rather have something a tad longer, dress wise. If you don’t mind the dress hitting you a little shorter, get the small. I hope that helps. 😊. Other than the length, it’s loose and flowy, a tad over sized, so it’s all up to where you want this hitting you length wise.
