Yikes, I had surgery on two toes of each foot at the same time! Doc said if he did just one foot, I probably wouldn't return to have second surgery and he was right. I was having joints taken out to straighten the toes as much as possible. I hope you have someone to help you. Toe surgery is extremely painful and just going to the bathroom will be a chore. Take care of yourself and I hope it goes well with you!! Leslie

@lesmurphy13 Yes I know I’m going to have a challenge on my hands. I seen pictures of after the surgery you are talking about. My toes are fine. It’s just these little sesamoid bones are pushing on the nerve in between my toes. The foot dr is removing the sesamoid bones. I luckily have my Grandparents taking me the day of the surgery and I will be staying with them for at least a week. Thank you for your kind words and prayers. I really appreciate them. @belks68 Thank you. Yeah it’s going to be an interesting experience for me. I never had surgery other than dental surgery. I’m used to being independent. I will have my Grandparents to help me. I appreciate your kind words. Thank you. 💕

@vintageroom Thank you so much! This will be a challenge for me indeed. I’ve only ever had dental surgery. After a year of suffering, it may be almost over. I never knew such a tiny bone can cause so much pain. It’s now exactly 17 days until the surgery. I really appreciate your kind words and prayers. 💕

Hi, Monica! I'm Monica P. and I actually have been offered bunion surgery years ago. They're often not only unsuccessful, the problem recurs. It's best to think of your surgery exactly the same as having a third molar extracted! Keep walking 👣 once you're told to, and good luck for a 💯 % complete healing and function. @treasures2luv Thank you. Yes this is going to be something new for me. I’ve never had surgery before other than dental. I am having 2 little stinker bones taken out of my foot. Little sucker presses rite on the nerve. They are saying I will be partial weight baring. But the stitches are going in the bottom of my foot.

@mysticalblue Yes I’m doing well. Tomorrow is my post op appointment with the foot dr. He will be changing the dressing on my foot. I’ve had this one on since surgery. Thank you for sharing my closet. I really do appreciate it. When I am able to sit for a while I’ll get ya back. 😊💕

@autjax Thank you so much! I’m still getting used to walking. Some days are better than others. My grandparents were a huge help during the week I stayed with them. I’m now back home but still struggle with walking sometimes. ❤️❤️❤️

@autjax This was my first surgery that was not dental. It was interesting. I was in pain before surgery. Now I’m in no pain. Prayers for your daughter. ❤️

@autjax Oh I know that’s tough to go through. My boss in Georgia, her brother had the same exact thing. Sadly he passed away from complications. She was always leaving the shop to go do things for him or make sure he was taken care of. I will continue to pray for both of you. ❤️
