amy_joy2000 @mojeramce Chest measured flat - 28” across Waist measured flat - 16” across Length from armpit to bottom of dress - 41” Please let me know if you need any other measurements.

amy_joy2000 @mojeramce the fabric itself does not have stretch but because the back panel has smocking there is some give and take in the bust.

amy_joy2000 @jennifermarali hello! Medium: chest - 17” across, waist - 15” across. I would say the back panel has about one to two inches of stretch to it.
