venus_scorpio @mayyyyy05 Hi there! I think it could, but to make sure I recommend measuring the waist of a skirt you already own & compare to the measurements I have listed 👍🏼 I had the skirt laying flat on a table & measured straight across.

venus_scorpio @mayyyyy05 Another interesting way to check is to take some measuring tape &, using my measurements above, wrap the tape end to end around your neck. If the ends meet it should fit well, if they overlap the waist is too large, of the ends do not meet the waist is too small (crazy trick, a friend of mine at FIDM taught me this & I swear it works every time!) 😁
