The first delivery attempt was the 13th; After that, the next attempt would have been Tuesday the 16th, but no mail was delivered in San Antonio, Texas due to weather: no power, no water, etc, until yesterday. I expect it will be delivered Monday, and when it’s received I’ll accept it. Thank you.
