desfeli @cscimemi1 Hi! If you like a tighter fit I'd say go with the 29. I'm a size 30 and fit into the 29 and 30. The 29 is tighter, but fits.

brittnilb84 @desfeli are the 23 really 23? Would you mind actually measuring the waist? I ask because I’m barely a 23....I weigh 98lbs.....some 23s fit like 24s and that wouldn’t work for me....let me know! Thanks!
