Ok so a girl named maceface stole my VS Rainbow bling outfit through trade along with several gifts 🎁 ! I waited a week before posting about how she stole ,just in case she just blocked me and wasn't answering me but , still planning on mailing back. But she never did ! So I need to know what to do ..heard a few diff things , need a person that dealt with this b4. I have 5 kids and can't afford to be stolen from 😐 please read my scam posting and the trade posting she had bought as well

cruelgirlarcher So sorry that happened. The only thing I can think of is to file a claim with the post office for mail fraud. It's a federal crime and if the items were worth over $500 it's a felony. I haven't been scammed here but have on eBay. Contact the local police in her city and explain what happened. You have her address.

cruelgirlarcher At the least they may pay her a visit and scare her. People are so stupid to steal from someone who has their address. And committing fraud via the post office is really dumb. Now she's messing with the feds.

I'm going Monday to my local police department and calling hers as well as it's been plenty of time for her to send back ! Thanks for taking the time to let me know 😊 I truly appreciate it

stonerqueen108 @loved3 well tbh , I went to the police station near me but now I am waiting for her local PD to email me back. I was gonna do thru Usps but I can't remember the tracking number 😑

stonerqueen108 @krissisparxx yea , definitely is a nasty human being! She even had my closet shut down for 24hrs after I had made scammer postings of her and she reported them all! Like stealing from me wasn’t enough! 😒 I had 5 listings showing our whole convo and stuff. I had screenshot everything!

kbomshell @stonerqueen108 im just furious reading hun im sorry to b nosey lol but I gotta ask myself wtf is posh allowing known scammers that got proof of scamming keep there closet? I no one guy with 10 diff names same closet but posh allows him to do so even tho knowingly hes scammed many peeps its disgusting ya posh might pay u back but wtf they get to keep the item they scammed??? stonerqueen108 @glamorgirl67 Welcome to Poshmark! Lemme say first, don’t EVER trade! There a a few good ladies out there but the bad out weigh the good. And secondly, with pricey items , always check the persons page that is buying off of you. Sometimes you will see comments of people complaining and outing them if they did something wrong. Also, I never sell expensive items to brand new users...I kno it’s a little over the top, but i been taken quite a few times now. And the risk isn’t worth it to me.
