Sweet & perfect yellow dress by New Look. Bought in Poland, European company I’m pretty sure. SO unsure about selling, make me an offer. Ruffle detail along neckline. Straps can be drop shoulder or regular. SIZE DETAILS: IMPORTANT. Euro sizes are weird. This says 10–ITS NOT A US 10. More like an 8. HOWEVER. I’m a 4-6 and it still looks good (too big for my chest) but it hangs a little big on me. Stretchy band. Unstretched is 13.5 inches. WILL FIT 6-8, even 4. Little sheer, may need slip
