tammiec216 @lolo7304 😊Hello! No damage as I can see. It is 27 inches from bottom to center of strap when hanging. I am 5 feet 6 inches and when I put it on as a cross body it worked perfectly.😊

tammiec216 @lolo7304 I have removed the strap and measured, it is 54 inches long. It has 5 holes in it like a belt on both sides so it can be adjusted to the desired length for each individual.
