SOLD NWT Self-Portrait Cold-Shoulder Floral Dress

As famously seen on Meghan Markle. I finally found this dress. It arrived yesterday and I'm heart-broken because it's just not flattering on me. Dress is a UK 10, which corresponds to a US 6. I generally wear a US 4-6, and it fit OK, though I have a small bust (34B), so the top was a bit loose.
