annielily prAna raincoat measurements: From the shoulder sleeve seam is approx 26”, 26.5 if I stretch it out really straight. If I measured from top of shoulder versus the seam it would be approx 27 Underarm pit to pit 22”, across middle is 21” The 27.5” length is an average 27-28”

annielily @shiveringsam That is a rubberized finish. It help keeps the rain/wet from getting in any seams. It’s prepared for a downpour. It looks sort of like vegan leather but it’s a very smooth water repellent feature/accent. Thanks for checking.
