Floral Off the Shoulder Ruffle Top

This shirt is girly and flirty with a cream and navy floral pattern and ruffle around the off-the-shoulder neckline. The top hem and bottom hem are both elastic. 100% polyester. Approximately 14” long. NWT boutique item, however there are loose threads in a couple areas like the one pictured.
