jerseyglam @adriano379 Hi! I'm sorry I missed your original questions in the comments. Laid flat and un-stretched one way across the medium bust is approx. 17 1/2" and the bottom hem is approx. 19 1/2". The size XL bust is approx. 20 1/4" and the bottom hem is approx. 21 1/4". This top does have stretch to it. Hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions.
