glitterwell @member78793 The S/M is 13” and the L/XL is 14” but the waist is elastic so it’s meant to stretch to fit. Not like jeans where they button to close and have a true waist measurement so the measurements on these are smaller when the elastic is laid flat and is not being worn. 💕
