I loved something not long ago , made an offer of about 8% less (cause those shipping charges, egh) and they accepted! Tip #1: Take advantage of "Make an Offer."
2nd tip: The items you like or love? Immediately heart them. The Seller will often (some sooner rather than later) offer private discounts on the item AND/OR shipping for a limited time (usually 24 hours or maybe that's standard, idk).
