beekay82 Question? I've been noticing some so kates have a seam on the outside inner foot by the arch... most of the (for sure authentic) ones I've seen do NOT! redboutin @beekay82 the most tell tale sign is the red bottom. Usually it's very obvious on photos but way more obvious in person. You can see touch and smell a fake so easily. The seem is a part of it. Louboutin has a seem that is perfect. You can tell the quality. Send any you have questions my way. I can usually always tell. 😍

beekay82 @redboutin yeah i kno... cuz I'm a perfectionist 😩😂😂... but like i said... the ones i have, and seen in neiman/saks don't have that seam... it's one continuous piece of leather until u get to the back heel... these few ive been seeing lately have two outer seams... heel AND inner arch... i feel like CL just wouldn't do that 🤷🏽‍♀️ on a so kate... it messes up the fluidity and artistry lol

mynahshine I was wondering if you might address the vintage soles? I’ve seen quite a lot of people being treated bad in comments when people don’t know the Vero Cuoio stamp was on the sole of vintage shoes. It’s just a suggestion.

Like any designer would give a cheap version of something they sell as a gift. The fake cosmetics are the worst! I have scars on my face from one I bought a few yrs ago unknowingly.

amber1908beal @redboutin really I didnt think they were because of the stamp on the bottom and the number 42 is so close to the Made in Italy not like on the authentic ones I purchased from Neiman.

ladiierose @redboutin I just tagged you. The person on Posh I bought these from said they are authentic. I put in a complaint with Poshmark because they didn’t look authentic to me, but Posh turned down my complaint and said that nothing about these is fake. I guess now I just want a second opinion. Thanks!

lovetruelyvicto @redboutin Hi! I found an ad where a woman said she wasn't sure of authenticity and it had the tell-tale "authenticity" card so I politely and apologetically told her they weren't authentic, why, where she could check sources on what I said and that I'm sorry she had fakes.

I've marked it as a replica but I was wondering if you would as well to these removed before someone gets scammed. Her closet is kaykayuptown.

I know new people come to this app everyday and I think it could be easy for someone new and excitable to just feel like they found a deal of a century. I know when I was broke in college I would've jumped all over that to have a chance to own a pair and then been heart broken after if I found out they were fakes because at that point in my life $100 was like $1000 now. Again, thanks for the help and Happy New Year!

redboutin @lovetruelyvicto that’s so true and sad. I wish there was a way to stop them from selling. I have even bought games before. Poshmark will refund your money if you can prove they are not authentic

lovetruelyvicto @redboutin Me to. Luckily I had a real pair to use for my comparison photos and Posh sided with me despite the seller's hatefulness. I had purchased a very beat up pair to try to learn hand strassing on and even though I only spent like $100 it did me no good to put all that work into a fake, cheap or not I don't like them and refuse to be a part of the knockoff market.
