Vintage Noble Blue Ribbon Leather Riding Boots

Very good condition, full leather construction in flat black. These are pull-on boots with a leather strap inside the shaft to hold the boot in place. The strap does have sign of wear with black coating coming off. There are some small pressure marks on the heels and white spots on the shaft from storage. There are faint wrinkles from age.
