brittleeallen @abbywebb2 hi! The skirt is just short of 19 inches from top to bottom. The inside layer is just about an inch shorter.

brittleeallen @daffodill21 Good condition. The only flaw is a very small marking which you can see in the fourth picture. It’s only visible if you stretch the pleats out to expose it. Hope that makes sense!
