@deanaleigh Waist measured laying flat across is set at 15" and stretches across comfortably up to 19 inches. Would be a 30 to 38 inch waist all around. Happy Poshing

@hayden112 I would think if it was windy it would blow in the wind. it is a loose fit on bottom and a high low style. I haven't had any wind issues while wearing mine just yet. lol

@hayden112 I could totally picture it and I wouldn't want that happening to me. So far I have worn mine twice and this wasn't an issue. But I cannot say for that I don't believe it would ever happen.
