gullprint @rhines13 Hello, it's hard to answer, but XL is 23.35 inches armpit to armpit and XXL is 24.75 inches armpit to armpit. You can compare these measurements to your own t-shirt and see which one works best.

jette1919 if I'm 19 inch armpit to armpit what size would I wear? you say ladies fitted so would it be tighter at the middle and bottom? some I wear alittle over 19 inches? would it be better to order med or lg? Do they shrink?

gullprint @jette1919 Medium would probably work. They are Ladies cut, but not too fitted. It's always hard to describe the size, because it's always to each it's own.
