White with bright polka dots tunic by Circo. This shirt is in excellent condition. Wear it long or tuck and fold to adjust the length. There is a nice elastic band that allows to pull up to wear as a shorter shirt. Looks cute belted. In an XL(14-16)Young girls but will fit a ladies size Small. Measurements laying flat:Shoulder seam to shoulder seam:14in. Armpit to Armpit:16.5in. Waist:16in. From back of neck to hem(over all length):28in.
