@sacsassymommy They are 80% Cotton 18% Polyester and 2% Spandex which will give you about a 2 inch stretch. Size 13 is measuring out at 32 inches and size 11 is measuring at 30.5 inches.

@susannedmonds Hi there, the measurements posted are the waist of the jean laying flat, unstretched. For example.. if it says 13 inches, that means that in measures 13 inches across which essentially is a 26 inch waist. All manufacturers have a slight variation in size. A size 7 in one brand may be larger/smaller than a size 7 in a different brand. Therefore I post the waist measurements.
