Hello! If you have a moment can you tell me the size in inches of the waist, and arms in the small dress? Is the material able to stretch? I normally buy a medium. Also, do you think the material of the dress can withstand some alterations by a tailor?

@whatsupkate the material isn’t very stretchy, and the seam allowance is very small so you won’t get much out from opening them up
