rubytuesday444 Would this accommodate someone (ahem..me) that’s small all over but has a tummy? I see it’s an empire waist, is it elsastic?

amj851 @rubytuesday444 Unfortunately, it doesn’t have an elastic waistband. I have a bit of a tummy, too, but found that the torso part fell above my waist, so the skirt hid it! I can provide exact measurements later today when I get home from the holidays. Would it help if I modeled it?

amj851 @rubytuesday444 Here are the measurements: Waist 13 1/4” Bust 14 1/4” Under armpits 15” Skirt Length 21” The pics of me are added above. The dress fit over my stomach, but I couldn’t zip it all the way up anymore. With my bra on, my bust is 36”, and I wear a size 32DDD.
