amandas_posh @poshmard07 waist lying flat is 12.25”, length is 11” and inseam is 3”. They have quite a bit of stretch to them since they are neoprene. If you want to send me what size pants you usually wear I can give you an idea if I think they will fit, but I think a size 2-4 or 25-27 is probably ideal. Also they are meant to be mid-high waisted
