Skies are Blue Snake Wrap Dress - Light Blue

This is a knee length wrap styled dress. It does not truly wrap and tie, it is permanently tied/sewn in place. It is snake skin printed in black and light blue. I received this item in a style box and bought it to receive a discount. It's just not my style.
