Hi / Low dress with a White Liner. Adjustable Straps. There is a Blemish as shown in picture 5&6 . The fabric has a fraying / tear on top of the bib on front of dress. Which was. designed with a frayed edge around the front. It almost looks like it belongs there. But the Price reflects it. It is just too cute to not be worn by someone.

Will this fit someone with a 36" bust around? (32DD for reference) I'm about 5"0, so I think it should fit otherwise.

@kayleighralphs it will stretch to 19 1/2 the Back has elastic . The back straps are also adjustable .
