swankysweetp I hate to do this but I am going to have to ask you to cancel your order of the shoes. I just took them out to wrap them and see that the thin chain around the design has come loose. I had them carefully stored in a hatbox to protect the rhinestones but the chain is messed up. I hate because they are beautiful shoes.

swankysweetp @dellsa02 I prided myself on protecting them b/c of the rhinestones. When I took them from the hatbox I had them in, this fine chain was hanging off. I had to look closely at the other shoe to figure out where it came from. I don’t know what caused it to come loose. I do thank you for making the purchase even though it had to be canceled. Hopefully, you can find another pair. Even my husband who seldom comments on women’s fashion said they are beautiful shoes.

njoyflying Hi. I have had your shoes ready to be picked up by USPS all day. Unfortunately, they did not come! I have to work tomorrow and am not sure i can get to the post office. Im going to schedule a pick up again. If they do not come I will bring them to the store on Thursday morning. I am so sorry. i was excited to send them right away.
