pamannh @angelapaul ok so because its a shift dress meaning it falls from the shoulder down there is no per say waist or hips. I measured going down the dress from the bust and it was 17.25' where the waist should fall and the hips would be 18-18.5' approximately. The bottom hem is 19.5'. I hope this helps you some.
