snidersus @lcwardrobe Hi! It does run large. I’m usually a Large to XL on top ( I have broad shoulders) and the medium fits me. I love this dress but it is about 6” shorter in front than in back and at 52 years old I can’t quite pull it off😉The medium is approximately 28” in front and 34” long in back
