These are sweatpants so they are looser - it won’t be a tight fit like leggings. I would go with your regular size, however, if you’d like me to measure anything like the waistband or inseam on both the small and XS please let me know.

There is a drawstring waist and also the bottoms are cuffed. If you find that this size doesn’t work for you, please let me know if you’d like measurements on a different size instead. 😊
