Katie I just saw your revised review for the bras you purchased. I had no idea that one of the bras was missing an Underwire or that there was anything wrong with either and I apologize and completely understand why you were disappointed with your purchase. @katmah Katie I heard from Posh support and the said to ask you to contact them directly. Regarding me giving you a refund on your purchase they said that since they had already released the funds they couldn’t just send your money back to you??? I sent a follow up explaining I wanted to refund the full amount of your purchase even If they couldn’t do it electronically.

Katie heard from Posh Support this morning and all the email said was that you should contact them directly??not super helpful but I am getting a cashiers check and sending it to the delivery address I have for your purchase unless you tell me otherwise.
