gratefulmaker The luminescence is caused by phosphors. Phosphors are a type of chemical substance that radiate light after being energized (or being exposed to light for awhile). After exposure to light the special bead inside the heart pendant will glow in the dark. ; )

gratefulmaker @badbadpuddy Good Questions. Yes it’s 17”. It is only blue in the dark. In the light it is the more that subtle glow in the dark pale pale pale green kind of color. Hope that makes sense. 🙃☺️😊
