90s Capezio Midnight Blue Silk Blouse w Fringe

This vintage Capezio Silk Blouse is in excellent, gently worn condition vintage condtion. It has a gorgeous fringe layer going across the front and back. There are removable shoulder pads as well. It is sized a "P" but is very oversized if it was a Small. Please see measurements below for a good fit, as with most vintage items sizing can be iffy. Measures: pit to pit: 21", 28" long from shoulder to hem, 18" across shoulders, 22" from edge of shoulder to end of sleeve
