does the medium run small? I am like a 36DD and wondering if Medium or Large is better option. Sometimes L sags under the arm too much.

@estellel hi there! Pit to pit is 18inches so it can definitely accommodate 36inches of chest with some room since this is a loose top and the back is stretchable. The straps are also adjustable :)
