mistirollins44 @jkimling hi! Yes they are only by height. I prefer to pull mine up higher. I am 5 10 so I wear the c long I know some people who are shorter than me still prefer the longs, only if you plan on pulling them up above the belly button. I hope that helps. :)

mistirollins44 @jennyjen1988 I would recommend getting a C I always like to size up 1. I also prefer the footed, just a preference. If you were going to wear them with socks and boots where your feet didn’t show non footed work better for that.
