I know it’s here tho. I understand if you cancel because of the delay! exit4llc I just tried, but was informed I couldn’t do anything because it’s “associated with a currently open inquiry.” Obviously that’s your inquiry. 👍🏻 a later portion of the response says I can try again in 3 business days, so I’ll put a tickler in my calendar to do so again then. Keeping my fingers crossed in the mean time.

carlabraswell @exit4llc Well, now we know what took the package so long to arrive. USPS destroyed it. The cardigan looks like it was caught in a big food processor, it is covered in rips from sharp blades of some kind. They stuck it in a new box and taped the mangled shipping label on it. I have taken 8 photos of all the damage. It’s such a bummer. What do we do now?

carlabraswell @exit4llc Oh, and inside the box is a letter from the Portland, OR Processing and Distribution Center apologizing for the damaged package. Great. Just great. :(

exit4llc @carlabraswell omg! How awful! I think you need to make a claim to Poshmark, including those pictures and a photo of the note from the distribution. Center apologizing. I would imagine Poshmark will grant you a refund and take the matter up with USPS.
