turquoiseroom @abbies_anchor I figured. I completely understand because I’ve ordered from you before! :) I really love it so I just want to be able to send this one back for that one. For some reason the cases closed and says “approved” I’ve sent a message to support to reopen for an exchange. Idk what else we could do...maybe you can message them as well?

I believe at this point they will want you to return it, and as soon as I mark it as returned they will release the funds back to you-and then you would re purchase it. I believe they don’t re open/go back on these im pretty sure.
