pennaandpine @rachelhosan Sorry! I took the measurements and then never posted them :-/ the small laying flat is 12" at the waist and 12.5" from top to bottom. The medium is 13" at the waist and 13" from top to bottom. there is about 2" inches of stretch at the waist. I hope that helps! <3
