hosannalou @joeys. You have such a kind response. I appreciate that very much. My granddaughter is needing these and I was told to go up 2 sizes with some and down 2 sizes with others. Like Irish dance will go down 2 sizes. So it is rather confusing for me. I'm going to share these and see if maybe the right person is out there. I believe the information will help. Again.
