amorim1023 @lsmithgcny It is 14” laying flat. Just keep in mind that this skirt is meant to sit at the natural waist, therefore above your navel.

amorim1023 @lsmithgcny Yeah, that could be tricky especially since the zipper is on the side. Your tailor would have to be really precise and excellent at what they do. You must have a really tiny waist! I remember when I was that skinny! Lol
