veseladimitrov @artsie_1 good morning it really depends on how tight you like it to fit usually I would recommend the same size as the size shirt you wear. For example I'm 5'7"tall and 114lb size Small in tops and the Small fits me comftable for working out but if I like it tight to shrink my waist i would get XSmall it will be tight at first but after the first 20min your body will start adjusting and your waist will start shrinking

artsie_1 @veseladimitrov So if I wear a M/L in top & 6 in pants, would a lg be best since it has the 3 adjustable hooks, will that make it closer to med when fastened the tightest?

veseladimitrov @artsie_1 yes to start with I would suggest Large if you use it regularly in less than a month you can switch to Medium but if you get medium now it will be super hard to buckle it
