novel_gem @mstanya13 hey they are one inch bigger in the waist while laying flat and they don’t have as much stretch. I’m usually a 27 in FP also. I just tried these on for you. I would say they can work but there is just room in the waist. I personally could easily wear them with a belt... hope that helps!
