ms_missy533 @michele9269 GM Michelle, I did see it was new and the package had never been open. I used 3 brand new batteries from different packs to be honest it worked for about 4 seconds (very slow) then stopped . I've never had to give a bad rating before and wasn't aware I could even request a return. I'm sure the rest of your items are in great condition.

ms_missy533 @michele9269 yes I did, however I didn't need to they sent an email explaining how to go in under MY PURCHASES and click the EDIT button from there you can edit your review/rating. Glad I could straighten that out.
