New with tags gray quarter length sleeve dress by Ann Taylor. The quarter sleeves flare out around the elbow & gives it a more modern take on bell sleeves. Invisible zipper on the back with a slit at the bottom. The front has a small keyhole opening above the chest that can be fully opened or clasped to give a small slit. It is lined & light weight. A perfect dress for the office! Pit to pit approximately 16 & 1/2". Waist about 14". Length starting from the top of the shoulder is roughly 36".
