Innocent World Steampunk Lolita Lace Trim Hat

Brand new without tags. I didn't receive it with any tags. It's a Burberry cotton hat with wired brim. There is thick lace trim as well. There is a ribbon as well as two combs to help secure this in place. This is the brown colourway. It has a reddish brown feather as well. It's a bit of a softer hat. I would suggest stuffing it if you have issues with it not being as stiff as you would like.
