Okay, thank you for your patience. I just noticed this comment an hour ago. I compared the two sizes and the underarm seams are low enough where they coud be at the bust on some people. A plus is that it's sleeveless. My hunch is that a Large would be a good fit for you since it is a sheer light weight fabric, but doesn't have any stretch to it.
